Privacy Policy for AdTrix

AMZJOY Inc. ("we", "us", "our") operates AdTrix, an Amazon PPC optimization platform. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal information in accordance with the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and applicable Canadian privacy laws.

Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly (name, email, payment information), information from your Amazon Advertising account (campaign data, performance metrics, advertising spend), and technical information (IP address, browser type, usage patterns).

How We Use Your Information

We use your information to provide and improve AdTrix services, process payments, communicate about your account, and analyze platform performance. We do not use your data for AI/ML model training.

Data Storage and Cross-Border Transfer

Your data is stored on Amazon Web Services (AWS) infrastructure in the United States (us-east-2, Ohio). By using AdTrix, you consent to the transfer and storage of your data in the United States. We ensure appropriate safeguards are in place for cross-border data transfers.

Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with service providers necessary to operate AdTrix (AWS, Stripe for payments, Postmark for emails) and as required by law.

Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward for legal and business purposes. Agreement records are retained for the duration of your account plus two years. You may request deletion of your data at any time.

Your Rights

Under PIPEDA, you have the right to: access your personal information, request correction of inaccurate data, withdraw consent (subject to legal obligations), and file a complaint with the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada. To exercise these rights, contact privacy@adtrix.io.

Data Breach Notification

In the event of a data breach posing a real risk of significant harm, we will notify affected individuals and the Office of the Privacy Commissioner as soon as feasible.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification.
